
Six Emerald Ridge video production students will have their environmental-themed films screened Sunday as part of a Pierce County film festival for high school and college students.
Seniors Espi Carlos, Emma Renda, Elizabeth Silveria and Julie Sun and Sophomores Gabe Forman and Jayden Hull all made short films that were selected by a panel of experts for the Youth Engaging in Sustainable Solutions film festival. The films will be screened Sunday, 1-5 pm, at William Philip Hall on the University of Washington-Tacoma campus.
ERHS senior Miki Grant served on the student organizing committee for the event.
