Emerald Ridge is sending 18 wrestlers to the state championships.
Emerald Ridge is sending eight boys and a school-record 10 girls to Mat Classic, the WIAA state wrestling championships, on Feb. 19-20 in the Tacoma Dome.
Coaches John Morrison and Cody Meeks recently addressed the team at the league championships. Wrestler and Emerald Vision sports editor Baron Rousseau was there to capture the moment.
